- If the vehicle shown at the time of booking is not available, a similar vehicle will be provided to the passenger at the same rate.
- If for any reason the company's cab is not available, the company will provide the same type of cab at the same rate to ensure no disruption in your journey.
- Booking slip given in writing or via WhatsApp sent by the company will be valid.
- Any kind of booking advance and payment should be made only on the payment details provided by the company.
- There will be an extra charge for deviating from the tour itinerary or revisiting a place.
- The travel company will not be responsible for any type of route closure or road blockage.
- 70% of the amount must be paid after pickup, and the remaining payment for the return trip must be deposited to the company account or given to the driver in cash or online UPI (outside Delhi) at the time of return.
